** My Culinary History **
I have been working in the Restaurant business since I was 15 years old starting at a Pizza / Pasta Restaurant in Long Beach.
I then worked for the Navy Commissioned Officers Club - also in Long Beach .We served Naval Officers and their Guests .
I moved back to the S.F. Bay Area after that and worked as a Chef for the Rusty Pelican chain in Walnut Creek @ the old W.C. Railroad Station / Masterson's
In 1999 after owning One Hour Cleaners ( Dry Cleaners) in Pleasant Hill - I decided I wanted to get back in the Restaurant business so I designed and helped build Paradise City Cafe in Pleasant Hill , Ca. We served freshly baked Pastries , Breakfast + Lunch and Dinner

I then opened Dave's Cuisine -- Personal Chef / Catering in 2001 - Re- branded to All Occasions Catering in 2015
We have served events from 40 to 600 guests for a large variety of clients

Operated Orinda Park Pool Cafe for 3 years
Owner / Chef of Haute Stuff Cafe in Downtown Martinez -- The Virus made me Sell !
