Two Ingredient Japanese Biscoff Cheesecake.

This viral dessert hack has to be the easiest treat I’ve made in a while!

Make it a single serve (just like me) or do a full tub to feed a crowd!

It’s just Greek yogurt & Biscoff, covered & set for 4-6 hours in the fridge.
So simple 🤤

Caramel & Macadamia Dumpling Rose

Ingredients:
- Gyoza wrappers
- Nestle Top & Fill Caramel
- Crushed/ Blitzed Macadamias
- 1/4 Cup Water

Method:
1. Clear a large work surface. Wipe it clean & dry it off.
2. Lay your Gyoza wrappers in a line, slightly overlapping. Use a little bit of water to secure each wrapper to one another.
3. Place a teaspoon of caramel onto each dumpling wrapper & top with crushed macadamias.
4. Using your fingertips, moisten the edges of all the Gyoza wrappers with some water & then seal shut. I like to seal from the top, to the sides.
5. Repeat until you have the desired amount of dumplings filled.
6. Starting with one row, begin wrapping the dumplings around in a spiral, simply adding the next row of dumplings as required.
7. Transfer to a preheated pan (medium high heat) and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottoms of the dumplings are crispy.
8. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover with a lid & cook until no water remains and the Gyoza wrappers have become translucent.
9. Remove from pan and serve with chop sticks.
10. Enjoy!

Biscoff French Toast Pocket.
Tonight’s dessert = sorted ✅

The recipe is so simple, the method is so fun & the results are divine.

Ingredients: (makes two pockets)
- 4 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 2 tsp Biscoff spread
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp butter

Method:
1. Place 1 tsp of Biscoff spread into the middle of a slice of bread. Place the breads partner on top and using your finger tips or a fork, seal the edges well. Repeat.
2. Into a mixing bowl place your egg, milk & cinnamon and whisk until combined with a fork.
3. Preheat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add butter & melt.
4. Over, or close to the frying pan dunk your pocket into the milk and egg mixture. Quickly turn it over to coat both sides & then place into the hot pan. Don’t oversoak your pocket!
5. Cook your pocket for 1-2 minutes either side. Until the bread has browned and you can smell the cinnamon.
6. Remove from pan, allow to sit for a minute then enjoy ☺️
