OUR BASQUE CHEESECAKE
We’d see these burnt cheesecakes in every shop window when we got to the Basque region of Spain. They were tantalizing. Unlike American cheesecake, it is crustless. It’s cooked at an extremely high temperature. This caramelizes the outside while the center stays fluffy and light as custard. It’s similar to flan, but less sweet.
We serve our Basque cheesecake with huckleberry sauce. It comes packaged to-go so you can take a slice of happiness with you anywhere. Bon Appétit! Or, as they say in Spain, Buen Provecho!

The Sunflower Cafe & BBQ officially opens for the 2026 season this Thursday, June 4th!

Our crew is here, the smokers are warming up, and we're excited to welcome everyone back for another summer in West Glacier.

Its that time of year again! We will be hiring up for the 2026 Summer Season over the next couple weeks.

Fortunate to have our primary FoH folks returning this year, so we are looking for full-time (30-40hr) and part time

-Morning prep cooks
- Evening line cooks

Experience preferred, but not required.

Join our team of 6–8 passionate, outdoorsy seasonal, workers and spend your Summer serving up delicious brunch, bbq, and cocktails in our cozy outddor cafe just minutes outside of Glacier National Park.

This job is a great fit for seasonal travelers, vanlifers, and outdoor lovers looking to spend the summer in an incredible place.

Perks include:

• On-site spot for a campervan, truck camper, or tent
• Access to campground bathrooms & showers
• Free shift meal + shift drink
• Access to paddleboards and an inflatable kayak
