We have a bit of bittersweet news to share.
Unfortunately, OOf-da Tacos won’t be at the Minnesota State Fair this year. While we were hopeful for the opportunity, we understand that the Fair has a very competitive selection process and gives careful consideration to many factors, including vendor experience. We’re continuing to grow, improve, and gain experience every season, and we’re hopeful that one day we’ll have the chance to serve you at the Great Minnesota Get-Together again.
To everyone who has supported OOf-da Tacos over the years at the fair—thank you. Your encouragement, kind words, and loyalty mean more than you know. Every event you visit, every taco you buy, and every recommendation you make helps us continue building toward opportunities like this.
Since our schedule just opened up between August 24 and September 14, we’re looking for another great event to be part of! If you know of a festival, celebration, community event, or anything else looking for food vendors during that time, we’d love to hear about it. Preferably in Northern/Central Minnesota.
