Meet Christophe Atmadijan,
he is our Executive pastry chef for Atelier Dining Group and business partner for our Rosallie Las Vegas location.

Christophe has been a baker for over 43 years, he started his love and passion for baking at the early age of 14 and has traveled all over the world perfecting his craft in numerous elite establishments.

Christophe formed his love of baking by watching and helping his grandmother Sophie bake while he was a child!

Christophe is skilled in all aspects of baking but specializes in danishes and bread 🥐

Christophe says “I’m very excited to see the growth and potential of Atelier Dining, and to be able to share my love, passion and culture through baking!”

Christophe will be training our new year bakers, so be sure to stop by to see all the exciting additions we have for this year
