Wow! What an amazing turnout at the fall festival this weekend. I am so grateful to be a part of such a wonderful well organized event. Huge shout out to Rob Crick and all his minions. The City of East Jordan is so amazing. Thank you so much for having us in the food truck. And a huge thank you to all of the customers who came out and supported us! We love y’all!!♥️

I just wanted to reach out and apologize to anyone that did not have the Chinese experience they expected. We are trying really hard to streamline our process in the food truck. It’s new and we are trying to give our customers what they want. We are working out some kinks. I need to focus more on making sure things are hot going out the window and not so much the speed. I hope you will give us a chance again. On a positive note I’m figuring out the quantities!!! We didn’t sell out until 7:)
I appreciate everyone for coming out last night and in the future. I couldn’t do this thing without all of you.
