Ресторант "Чевермето на Бай Панайот" е перлата на Пампорово. Това е първото и единствено заведение в автентичен родопски стил на територията на курорта. Създадено с мерак през 1971 год. от Панайот Чолаков, по-известен като Бай Панойот, ресторантът предлага вкусни специалитети сред родопски уют. Безценният камък, в който останаха събрани навеки родопската песен, танц, любов и мъка, традиция и бит. Уникалната родопска кухня шества из целия свят в лицето на милионите гости посрещнати и изпратени така, както може само родопчанинът...

The restaurant was the corner stone around which the resort started to expand into a tourist complex. The stones laid in its foundations has perserved the treasure of Rhodopean songs, dance, the love and grief of the native people, of the traditional hospitality. Thousand of tourists and guests spread around the world the game of the unique Rhodopean cuisine and hospitality, the memory of which they will cherish for a lifelong.
