I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out..
I was just trying this out for the first time including a bit of guess work with the ingredients and quantities.
hoping that it would work ok. It turned out absolutely delicious 😋

I used a Vegan alternative to Double Cream and a Vegan alternative to Cream Cheese.
I used Gluten and Dairy Free Digestives for the Base along with Dairy free Spread.

This Norwegian Cake is light, spongy and absolutely delicious. It's made with Layers of Meringue, Flaked Almonds, Vanilla Sponge and a Homemade Custard Filling. Mmm 😋

Some Lemon Madelines I've recently made 😋 🍋

Unfortunately I won't be taking orders for Mother's Day or Father's Day this year,
Partly due to the high cost of ingredients and I'm also currently looking for another house.
I will be back to taking orders again sometime in the future but for now I will continue posting bakes I have made as inspiration every now and again 😊
