Well this should be an interesting one to try out tomorrow sometime but I’m going to attempt smoking some sticky maple bacon straws. I hope like hell these turn out ok! Stay tuned for pictures tomorrow!

Well the smoker has just been lit and getting ready to smoke a dozen pork chops seasoned with Pecan Honey and will be smoked with mulberry wood and glazed with Elderberry syrup and honey! Keep your eyes peeled for pictures to come!
