Elon Dining has partnered with Elon University for over 50 years to provide world-class dining experiences to all of the campus community members. Elon Dining offers a variety of meal options from our 14 dining locations, including: fresh fruit & salads, pizza, local foods, seafood, vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free options, national brands and more! Throughout the year, Elon Dining hosts many events such as sustainable/local meals and themed meals which everyone is invited to partake in. Caught by Captain John, cooked by Chef Ebony. 🎣👏 Chef Ebony’s blackened grouper takeover featured a base of Carolina Gold sweet corn risotto, topped with blackened grouper, charred peach salsa, and wilted Swiss chard.

The timing worked out perfectly when Captain John stopped by while delivering more fish and got to try some of his own catch. Shoutout to Captain John for bringing us the fresh fish and Chef Ebony for putting her spin on it! 🌊🍽️

Falafel Nation headed out to Loy Farm for a hands-on class focused on making their own couscous salads. 🌱 Students picked tomatoes and other fresh ingredients from the farm, then Culinary Director Brandon and Executive Chef Danny showed them different cutting techniques and ways to build flavor. 🍅🥗

Meet Isabel, our other Bites Abroad food correspondent! This semester, she’s calling Paris home and taking us along as she explores food, culture and plenty of new traditions across Europe. 🇫🇷
