July's Bereavement Cafe (Monday 13th) is themed 'Taste Of Summer' - a spirited discussion of whether scones should be eaten Cornish or Devonshire style, with reminisces of holiday's enjoyed with our loved ones. 10am till noon. Open to anyone who has experienced loss, whether recently or some time ago. Lovely friendly supportive group.

A huge thank you to Derwent Valley Railway volunteers Tony & Steven for the fabulous talk and yard tour of the DVLR at Murton Park. It was a really interesting morning and on behalf of Talking About Loss and the bereavement cafe members we would like to say how wonderful you both were. Several of the BC members have expressed an interest in becoming DVLR members and several copies of the DVLR book were sold too. Some pictures from the event follow.

April's Bereavement Cafe on Monday 13th April (10am till noon) will be a slightly different one. We will still meet at 10am for a complimentary welcome cuppa and then take the short walk to the DVLR station for a talk on the history of the railway and tour of the yard! It's going to be an exciting morning! All welcome!
