Hey guys, wanted to inform everyone that we have to temporarily suspend any further events for just a little bit until we finish securing our commercial kitchen full time. Shouldn’t be very long. We want to do all of this the right way, and demand has been growing rapidly to facilitate the need to wait until we have our infrastructure soundly in place. I will keep posting new inventions, and offering free trials to help with menu development. This is only temporary, and when we come back it will be full steam ahead and will be available on a regular basis. Thank you for your patience.

The Wolfman Black will be serving up delicious food for this Saturday’s (5/13) Kraft Classic Strongman event at Elite fitness in Raymore, Mo. Event starts at 10am, food at 11. We will be offering slow smoked pork belly street tacos, smoked Mexican street corn, grilled beef dogs, assorted chips, key lime cupcakes, strawberry cheesecake cupcakes, and assorted sodas and bottled water. We will offer combo meals or individuals items. Cash is king, but Venmo, and credit/debit purchasing will be available. Gonna be an amazing event. Can’t wait to see you all there.

So for the Kraft Classic Strongman competition May 13th at Elite Fitness in Raymore we will be offering these delicious smoked pork belly street tacos. Pickled red onions, queso fresco, fresh cilantro, seared jalapeños, avocado lime cream sauce, and chipotle salsa roja will be the topping options. I like loaded myself. Side item will be smoked Mexican street corn, and desert will be key lime cheesecake cupcakes. Come see us from 11-3, and watch Corie Allen-Black compete.

Back in the lab today. Slow cherry wood smoked pork belly (5lb slab of bacon) with a nice bourbon peach rub and S&P. Gonna make a honey, butter, and brown sugar glaze for the pork belly burnt ends. Going on the smoker soon. Will post results later. Happy Sunday Funday!!’

We will be offering healthy meal prep in the future. It will balance out the decadent gluttony of the primary menu, lol.

Today we are working on post oak smoked Japanese bbq Steel head trout tacos, with cilantro lime rice, sriracha Mayo and wasabi coleslaw. Our other dish is low sodium taco drumsticks with black bean and sirloin chili. You have to find ways to enjoy it. Have a great rest of your weekend.
