Shawarma will always taste like home to me.
Growing up in Jerusalem, I used to walk down the street with a family member to our favorite shawarma stand. the smell of spices, the warmth of the Old City stones, the vendors calling out orders. Those moments shaped my love for food forever.

Now I get to share that same flavor with all of you.

Shawarma can be enjoyed so many ways:

• In a wrap
• Over greens
• On rice
• On fries
• Over hummus

Falafel is more than a food to me. It’s a piece of my childhood in Jerusalem.
I grew up with the smell of fresh falafel filling the streets early in the morning. It was the breakfast you grabbed on the way to school, the lunch you shared with friends, and the snack that brought people together. Simple ingredients. chickpeas, herbs, spices but a whole world of tradition behind them.

Falafel reminds me of home, of my mother’s kitchen, of the culture and love that shaped who I am. As I open my restaurant, I want people to taste that same warmth and connection. When you eat falafel, you’re sharing a moment, a memory, and a story that started long before today.
