2. Use your time more efficiently such as moving through the dining room all at once and not going back and forth over a thing. That can consume a lot of time considering the number of customers on the waiting list that needs to be attended to.

3. Make calculations of the number of crowds you are expecting in order to prepare your food well in advance to avoid shortages.

4. Make it a point of duty to always tell your customers in a polite manner that they will have to wait to be attended to and attend to them in the order with which they came.
