As you all know that being a chef and working in the kitchen itself requires a high pressure and can be a little intimidating sometimes.

However, in Maison Pierre, we want our staff to enjoy their job and work at ease so we can all work, and be creative together in fun.

In Maison Pierre Bistro, we served all types of dishes suits for every timing!

Came here at 9 AM and need a big breakfast? Ask for a Soft Boiled Eggs Lyon Style,
Stopping by for a lunch? you may try our Duck Breast here, catching up with your friends after work for a dinner? We highly recommend you the Pan Seared Barramundi.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even light bites, you can have it all at Maison Pierre ;)

As we all know that chef is the heart of restaurant. From preparing meals, developing new menu and dishes until the best dishes are served for our lovely customers.

Meet Chef Lukman, our sous chef at Maison Pierre Bistro.
He start off his career on 2013, firstly as a steward.
Years goes by, as he gain and develop more experiences in his passion in the kitchen, he's growing and start working as a chef at a 3 stars hotel and restaurants from 2017 until the beginning of 2022. He now then start working with Maison Pierre Bistro from the very first opening at November 2022.

As we talk with Chef Lukman, he has given us some of menu recommendation for those of you who wants to enjoy our Les Plats here at Maison Pierre Bistro.
His recommendation are the Beef Tendorloin Black label Grain Fed 180 gr, Duck Breast, and Pan Seared Barramundi.
