• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout
• Responsible for dish washing, cleaning the food preparation equipment and maintaining of operation's area

• No experience required but must be willing to learn and have a good attitude
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays

• Responsible for smooth operations at the stall
• Take ownership and run day to day operation of the noodle stall independently.
• Staff rostering
• Follow SOPs to ensure food are served correctly.
• Manage and control cost efficiently
• Responsible for food safety and have high hygiene standard

Requirements:
• Only SG / PR / LTVP are eligible
• At least 2-3 years performing in the same role and capacity in local food or noodle stall operation.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Full-time permanent employment, 6-day work week
• Good communicator and people-oriented
