Essential frostings—perfect for cakes & cupcakes:

Buttercream (Classic)

Ingredients
• Butter – 1 cup (soft)
• Powdered sugar – 3–4 cups
• Milk – 2–3 tbsp
• Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method
1. Beat butter until light & fluffy.
2. Add sugar gradually.
3. Add milk + vanilla.
4. Beat until smooth.

Texture: rich, creamy, pipeable

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
• Cream cheese – 200 g
• Butter – ½ cup
• Powdered sugar – 2–3 cups
• Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method
1. Beat cream cheese + butter until smooth.
2. Add sugar gradually.
3. Mix in vanilla.

Texture: smooth, slightly tangy

Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients
• Heavy cream – 2 cups (cold)
• Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
• Vanilla – 1 tsp

Method
1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
2. Add sugar + vanilla.
3. Whip to stiff peaks.

Texture: light, airy
