Hi friends! It's been a while! I have received so many messages over the last few months looking for our bowls. I wanted to give you an update. Our family has always dreamed of living at the beach and that is what we are trying to do! Life is short and we never want to think "what if" or "I wished we would have". That's one reason why I opened Kindberry. Currently we are not working out of the trailer but our end goal is to have a location at the beach to grab the best Acai bowls. This was such a tough decision to close the trailer doors but I didn't close Kindberry's.
That food truck life is tough yet rewarding! Shout out to the whole Knoxville food truck community. So many of you were such a help and inspiration when I was so blind stepping into that world. I want to thank all our wonderful customers that supported me every time I was open and showed so much love for our bowls. I want to thank all of our hosts that let us set up in your parking lots, in front of your businesses, at a special event , or in your neighborhoods. I want to thank our family and friends that always showed up and supported Kindberry. Lastly, I want to thank my awesome husband . This dream wouldn't have come to fruition if it wasn't for your encouragement. You saw that dream in my heart and you help make it happen. You dropped everything to bring me more bananas, pushed me to do something new, and backed the trailer in every day lol.
I still have dreams of using Kindberry as a platform to do good and be kind because the world needs more of that. I'm trusting God will give us another opportunity to do that with this business. If I can give any encouragement to anyone today it's to open the business, move to the beach, try something new, set a goal, be uncomfortable. Never regret trying to get the most out of life. I hope to make you an acai bowl again, maybe on 30 a next time. Y'all are really the best. Do good, be kind. This isn't goodbye, Acai ya later! 😘
