Microgreens are packed with nutrients!! While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper!!
Microgreens are also a great source of beneficial plant compounds, like antioxidants and sulforaphane! Lots of big benefits in these tiny plants!!

People can easily add Microgreens to meals in the following ways:

1. As a garnish for salads, soups, flatbreads, or pizzas.

Hey Lethbridge!

We can't believe this is our first post of 2025. Oops. Life is very busy and social media often falls by the wayside.

We've still been growing incredible microgreens for our community and we are always active to receive orders via direct message. Thank you to our regular customers for keeping us so busy this year!

You can continue to enjoy our yummy micros on delicious meals prepared by D&N Kitchen, inside of the German Canadian Club at 902 6th Street North.
