A special customer put in a request that I just couldn't say no to. Having been a chocolatier in another life I decided to break out the special equipment and get to work... This request took me back to the days when I had a chocolate factory but better! She just wanted the viral Dubai chocolate bar, but I like to always take things to another level. I like to know that Noble Bites isn't just another ditto product... So, we decided to make the A-Mazing Dubai Chocolate Bar! Did I forget to mention Vegan?! Real Chocolate, Scratch Ingredients, and last but surely not least, Edible 24kt Gold!

Today is a moment for us to reflect on the past year, and often we look back even further to cherish memories and express gratitude. I am grateful to be able to write this post and share some thrilling news... The past few years have been particularly challenging for me. Nevertheless, facing unique health issues has taught me to navigate each day with my unusual allergy known as Alpha-Gal. I sincerely hope that others dealing with life-altering allergies can find ways to cope and adapt smoothly. Now, onto the exciting news… I am delighted to announce that I will be opening a location next week, dedicated to serving all my wonderful friends and community! Together with my team of taste testers, we have crafted an amazing menu filled with delicious options, all guaranteed to be 100% Dairy-Free! Additionally, we will offer a variety of Vegan and gluten-free choices. It is our goal to make you forget about the foods that you can't have by sharing deliciousness that you can safely enjoy. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and new ones too!
