I have no idea why my entire FB is taken up with ads, join or totally unrelated content. I have not seen a post from a friend in ages so I’m about to cancel my FB account because what is the point?!!

So the Great South Run has been cancelled due to Storm Ashley coming in and I get that - too many volunteers, infrastructure etc to take care of. I am still going to make the 10 miles tomorrow, Sunday, morning. The veterans that FirstLight Trust for Veterans look after, be it fire fighters, police, first responders, army, navy, airforce look after have faced far worse than gales and torrential rain. So please please if you can help me reach my total to make my drubbing in the weather tomorrow worth while!!
