🌾✨ Ragi Kara Paniyaram | Cooked with Nella Refined Rice Bran Oil 💛
Looking for a healthy and delicious snack? Try this crispy and nutritious Ragi Kara Paniyaram, made with the goodness of finger millet, fresh spinach, and cooked using Nella Refined Rice Bran Oil.
📝 Ingredients:
• 1 cup Ragi Flour (Finger Millet Flour)
• ½ cup Wheat Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• Salt to taste
• Nella Refined Rice Bran Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• A pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
• 1 sprig Curry Leaves
• 5 Shallots, thinly sliced
• 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
• 2 cups Spinach, finely chopped
• Water as needed
👩🍳 Method:
Heat Nella Refined Rice Bran Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
Add asafoetida, curry leaves, shallots, and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.
Add spinach and cook for 7–8 minutes until soft.
In a bowl, mix ragi flour, wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the spinach mixture and mix well.
Add water gradually to make a slightly thick batter.
Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
Grease a paniyaram pan with Nella Refined Rice Bran Oil.
Pour the batter into the moulds and cook until golden and crispy.
Flip and cook the other side until done.
🍽️ Serve hot with coconut chutney or your favorite dip.
