⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL TASTE OUT FOOD HOUSE CUSTOMERS
Dear valued customers, clients, and members of the community,
Taste Out Food House would like to urgently inform the public about a reported scam incident involving a customer with a reservation order for today, August 16, 2026, in Calao East, Santiago City.
We received a report that an individual allegedly pretended to be a representative of our business and contacted our customer regarding their scheduled order. The individual instructed the customer to make a payment through a GCash account.
The following information was reported to us:
📞 Reported Contact Number: 0921 861 0315 , 0993 634 2245
💳 Reported GCash Account Name: Marlie F.
🚨 IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE ADVISED 🚨
The above-mentioned phone number and GCash account are NOT AUTHORIZED PAYMENT METHOD OF TASTE OUT FOOD HOUSE.
We have no authorization for any individual using the said number or GCash account to collect payments, deposits, balances, or any other fees on behalf of our business.
⚠️ PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE SENDING ANY PAYMENT
We strongly encourage all our customers to exercise extreme caution and vigilance when receiving messages, calls, payment instructions, or booking-related requests.
Please remember:
❌ DO NOT send money to unfamiliar or unverified GCash accounts.
❌ DO NOT immediately follow payment instructions coming from unknown numbers.
❌ DO NOT assume that a person is an authorized representative simply because they know details about your event or booking.
✅ ALWAYS VERIFY FIRST before making any payment.
✅ Confirm directly with our official page or authorized contact numbers.
✅ If you receive a suspicious message or call, contact us directly before sending any amount.
📌 FOR OUR CUSTOMERS WITH EXISTING BOOKINGS
If someone contacts you claiming to represent Taste Out Food House and asks you to send money, please pause the transaction and verify the request with us first.
Your booking details, payment instructions, and account information should only be confirmed through our official communication channels.
If you have already sent money to the reported account or have received suspicious messages regarding your booking, please keep all screenshots, receipts, phone numbers, messages, and other relevant information as these may be important in documenting and reporting the incident.
Most importantly, please do not allow scammers to take advantage of your trust in our business.
