During Sapa's off-peak seasons, I seriously considered promoting our restaurant to attract more visitors. But just thinking about how, a month ago, we didn't even have enough tables for all the customers, I stopped myself from thinking about it.
For the next year, I just hope to remain a small, hidden gem for those who genuinely come to eat. If I could open a much larger restaurant, I would open my doors with the utmost confidence!

As I prepare to step into a new year, I feel grateful to still be working and creating dishes for my guests. This time, it’s a special exploration of hummus sauce — a healthy, comforting dip with endless possibilities for flavor variations. I’m planning to add four new hummus-based dishes to the menu.

Honestly, I’m very excited to share my cooking journey with you. We continue to cherish and pour our hearts into this little eatery. So please come and experience our plant-based dishes as if you were listening to a story being gently told.
