The tour started by meeting with your chef in the market of Hoi An, walk around the market to learn about Vietnamese market lives. Very different with the West, Vietnamese women go to market 2 times a day for their need to ensure freshness of food for family
After the visit to the market, we get on a boat to cruise around the river of Hoi An, enjoy the sunset time and photo opportunities before heading to the village of Cam Thanh.
The chef will show you how to cook few of the most popular dishes that we selected carefully to ensure you can cook at home with popular ingredients that you can buy in your-Asian-market
