When the chefs are cooking, you want to be here. 🔪
Starting October 1st — every Thursday, 3–6 PM, the Butchery becomes an open house. We put out the freshest things in the case, pour passion fruit margaritas, and tell you exactly who we buy from and why.
First one this Thursday: Cheshire Farms sour cherry pork belly, smoked Angus tri-tip, beef we grind in-house, and cheese from the pantry.
These are the same chefs cooking for villas, weddings and charters across the island all week. Thursday, we're cooking for you.

If you've been following us for a while — we owe you an update.

Island Edge Culinary went quiet on here for almost two years. Not because we stopped, but because we were heads down building something. New space. New kitchen. A full commercial operation right here on St. Thomas.

We've been running private charters, resort events, and late-night catering shifts the whole time. The work never stopped — the posting did.

That changes now.

We're back on here twice a month with real content: the food, the water, the work, and a few new things we're launching soon that we think St. Thomas genuinely needs.
