Black pepper – ½ tsp (2 g)
Cream cheese – 8 oz (225 g), softened and cubed
Cheddar cheese – 2 cups (225 g), shredded
Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
Sour cream – ½ cup (120 g)
Cooked bacon – 8 slices, crumbled
Chopped chives – 2 tbsp (6 g)

Instructions:

Add to slow cooker: Place the diced potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the crock pot. Stir to combine.

Slow cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are very tender.

Make it creamy: Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted. Pour in the heavy cream, sour cream, and 1½ cups of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
