The problem I have ran into with opening my restaurant is I’m lacking collateral… So I'm changing gears and looking at buying a place.... So I have spent this 3 day weekend researching different options such as Crowd Funding, Investors, Angel Investors and so on… looking at any and all possibility. If any of you have knowledge or have researched this before and have some insight, give me a call or let met for dinner and review possible options I should look at. Thanks!!!

Okay Plan "A" didn't work out.... But that doesn't mean I'm giving up. Now it is on to Plan "B".... Once I figure out a new location I'll make sure I let everyone know.

Busy Busy day!!! Met with a General contractor, stopped by a Restaurant Supply company Just to look around at prices..., schedule a meeting for next week with a Custom booth place, Schedule a meeting for tomorrow to have Blue Prints designed, Put a call into the OKC Heath inspector to find out what I need to have for him, and met with the City of OKC to find out what needs to happen with them and when... WOW so so much to do, I have a feeling the next 6 months I'm going to be a very busy girl... Hopefully I can maintain my stress level to some degree. Well got to get back to the business plan. I hope very one is have a good day!
