Catch us at breweries, festivals & events around the Youngstown area. Bartell’s Take is a locally owned hibachi-style food truck serving fresh, made-to-order steak, chicken, and shrimp meals inspired by the original Can’s Tokyo House. Founded by Justin and Cara Bartell, Bartell’s Take was created to bring bold flavors, generous portions, and fast, friendly service to breweries, festivals, and community events throughout the Youngstown area. You’ll find us popping up at local events and partnering with breweries and venues, offering a casual, crowd-pleasing hibachi experience that’s perfect for a night out, a family event, or a large gathering.
