This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Grai’s Confections! 💕

The heart behind the name is family. “Grai” is one of owner Layson’s (her 5-year-old son’s) middle names, making this business a true labor of love.

Although she’s been baking since 2016, she officially launched her business in 2019–2020 and created the name Grai’s Confections after her son was born. While she’s been making custom cakes for the last two years, baking has been a lifelong dream that started when she was just a little girl. Inspired by Cake Boss, she always knew one day she’d be creating beautiful cakes of her own and now she’s making that dream a reality!
