Happy spring, folks! We are smoking those fantastic small racks of ribs (like those you’d get at rib country or longhorn) for Easter this year. Come pick up a couple racks and pass on the ham this year! Ready for pick-up Saturday, April 19th, 10am at the Stephens Lodge in beautiful Young Harris, Ga. Only $25 per rack. We will be smoking meat one last time for fall! Juicy, delicious, 8-10 lb Boston butts just $35. Pick up will be at Stephens lodge, 10am Saturday Nov. 7th. Contact Ben or Greg to order.
New this smoke, sides will be available!!! These will be homemade by Ben's wife, Jessica. Coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans, all $5/quart. Also available, her delicious Brunswick stew for just $10/quart.
All sides need to be preordered at the time meat is ordered.
