Next Saturday, I will be at the Boots & Bubbles Festival hosted by the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds! It will be from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the gate, and include a souvenir glass and bottomless mimosas. I hope to see you there! 🧡

This was a 6” gluten-free, almost dairy-free chocolate cake filled with vanilla bean custard and frosted with American buttercream. The only dairy in the whole cake was butter in the buttercream.
