This morning we had the pleasure of visiting The Elms Farm right here in the heart of Marion County. The land is absolutely stunning, and the heart behind the farm is what makes it truly special. 💖

We are excited to continue bridging the dining experience at The Springhouse with the incredible work happening right here in our community. Beautiful food begins with people who care deeply about what they grow, and that care is evident in every corner of The Elms Farm. 🌿

Spending time with everyone involved in this project was refreshing in all the best ways. Thank you, Heather and Andy, for inviting us out and sharing your breathtaking “office” with us this morning. Loving what you do shines through in such a big way! 🌻

We are over the moon with how our garden is beginning to shine. Every day brings something new, and the colors, textures, and early‑summer flavors are starting to show off in a big way. 🌿

We’re also thrilled to be receiving some of our favorite local produce from our local farm partners. The Malabar spinach from Lucky Star is a bold burst of flavor and nutrients, and our very favorite! Hand‑picked corn arrives next week, which always marks a special moment in our kitchen. 👨‍🌾

This week, fried green tomatoes are on the menu, crisp, bright, and full of that unmistakable early‑summer tang. 🍅
