Not sure how I feel about these. Colors didn’t turn out quite as I had hoped. Used a “crusting” buttercream (think like those frosted sugar cookies that kids love from the grocery store) and it was a lot thicker than I wanted it to be. Should of thinned it out a bit more, but oh well - live & learn. At the very least, I know they taste good & it’s good cookie practice!

🍓Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes: Lemon cupcake filled with homemade lemon curd, topped with a strawberry Italian meringue buttercream and strawberry preserve drizzle.

🤩Funfetti Cupcakes: Vanilla cupcake with rainbow sprinkles, and vanilla buttercream.

🍫S’mores Cupcakes: Chocolate cupcake filled with homemade marshmallow meringue, rolled in graham crackers & topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate & mini marshmallows.

Mix of chocolate cupcakes filled with my homemade mixed berry jam, and vanilla cupcakes filled with homemade strawberry preserves - all topped with vanilla buttercream. 😋

Fun fact: my mom told me that the crystal necklace was actually my grandmothers ❤️
