High Hopes Farm is family owned and operated by the Rowe Family, Brian, Karen, Katlyn, and Caleb. Both Karen and I were backyard sugar makers growing up in New Hampshire. We continued our tradition when we settled in Worthington started small and using the syrup for personal use and gift giving to friends and family. Today we use as many as 4,000 taps with more than 20 miles of sap lines strung th

rough out the woods. This method brings the sweet sap to our sugarhouse. Once the sap is in our storage tanks we boil it down in a 3x10 wood fired evaporator and filter it to achieve the highest quality maple syrup.

I can’t wait until our next season in the fall and Caleb’s Haunted House 😜! And sleeping in until almost 4 this morning feels refreshing!! Have a wonderful summer!!
