On Saturday September 26 at noon we officially open the doors to MLT's ice cream shop, right by the light rail station and across the street from Skyzone. The first 50 customers that day get a free scoop of Cookie Monster!

Looking for a custom ice cream cake? We are thrilled to bring your dream cake to life!

Because working with ice cream is an art and a science, here are a few things to keep in mind before you order:

🎂Ice cream takes time: It takes days to scoop, mold, freeze, and frost your creation.
🎂Frosting limits: We use a special frosting that tastes amazing when frozen, but it can’t do the same intricate designs as standard room-temperature buttercream.
🎂No printers or AI: We are a small shop without an edible image printer. Beware of online inspiration photos—many are AI-generated and physically impossible to make with real ice cream!
🎂Realistic pricing: Custom labor means custom pricing. Elaborate designs will cost more than a basic cake.
🎂The travel plan: We freeze your cake solid for the ride home, but please plan ahead for a long commute (like a ferry ride!). Ice cream is colder than ice and requires some planning. Once home, the cake needs a few hours in your freezer to soften up before slicing.
🎂Order online: Booking online ensures names and details are spelled perfectly.What happens next?Order online for free—we don't charge until pickup! We will email you a design proposal and price quote. Please review it carefully to ensure your flavors and details are exactly right.
