Happy Monday!!! It’s a new week-and I’m feeling it!

I missed last nights announcement for the FLAVOR OF THE WEEK. Birthday festivities carried on until bed-and well that’s only once a year. So here we goooo!

This week, I went with a multiple fan requested flavor and that’s LEMON. This sweet cinnamon roll is for the true lemon lover 🍋. I started with a lemon infused dough. I mixed up a lemon sugar filling and topped it with a cream cheese frosting and a lil lemon Oreo just because 🤷‍♀️.

As always, OG classic, peach cobbler, cookies and cream and s’mores are ALWAYS available at the market and preorder.

Start your week right with a cinnamon roll of your choice and stop wondering what everyone else is talking about 🤷‍♀️. Rumors don’t make friends-but sharing goodies is a base for a strong relationship. Especially when they taste good 🤤

Yes, the glaze is a pineapple vanilla bean.
Yes, this might just be my favorite, I’m biased 🤷‍♀️.

Happy Farmers Market Thursday Wolcott!! It’s damp out there-but my energy is shining ☀️-and with crossed fingers 🤞, by 1pm this weather will be!!

This weeks flavor of the week is Pineapple Upside Down Cinnamon Rolls! They are your OG classic butter cinnamon brown sugar with pineapple chunks swirl in because why not. The bottom (or top) is a brown sugar caramel with pineapple and a cherry to complete that storybook goodness. And why would I not make a butter pineapple glaze to adorn the whole package. It’s a must try this week 🤤.

This week I did a little summer flavor ☀️. We went with a classic Pineapple Upside down Cinnamon Roll 🤤 🍍 🍒.

Fruity pineapple and a cherry caramelized in a brown sugar glaze sits upon a classic cinnamon roll with a light vanilla bean glaze.

Summatime-and the livins easy 🎶

That’s the vibe from this gooey goodness of a treat.
