G’Day Mates!
We have a new product going live this weekend. This here beauty is called a Ned Kelly Pie. A classic breakfast pastry from the outbacks of Australia 🇦🇺. We filled our Ned Kellie’s with seasoned beef, an array of savory cheeses, and vine ripe tomatoes topped with a sunny egg and bacon all packed into a light flaky pie crust. Come on in Friday and Saturday to enjoy one of these walloping Ned Kellies for Brekkie.

🍂 A Little Change to Our Hours 🍂
After a full year of opening early, I’ve decided to make a small change to our schedule for the remainder of 2026.
Starting September 8th, Noisettes Bakeshop will be open Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–3 PM.
✨ Preorders will still be available for 7 AM pickup.
This is a temporary change, and we plan to return to our regular hours in 2027.

I honestly don’t have enough words to say how grateful I am. When I dreamed of opening my own bakeshop, I never imagined it would become something so special to me — or that this community would embrace it the way you have.
This award is more than a title. It represents every customer who has supported us, shared our name, returned week after week, and cheered us on from the beginning.
