Dear Neighbor,
The Lakeland farmer's market is closed in August; so we are partnering wit Ethos Coffee to pop up and serve your favorite market goodies without needing to make the trip over to Winter Haven. (though you really should visit if you haven't)

The popup will be held 9am-12pm on Saturday August 15th.
Pre-ordering is strongly recommended, as I do expect to sell out.

Also:
Don't forget that our August 21 Anniversary is approaching quickly.
Earlier this year, I began brewing Batch 5 of our special Vanilla Extract.
I'm excited to say that it has progressed wonderfully and I expect to bottle the extract this week.

This year's single origin vanilla was from Indonesia from Vanilla tahitiensis beans. Tahitiensis beans tend to offer more spiced and exotic flavors and aromas compared to the planifolia that madagascar is known for. Batch 5 will feature woody and spicy vanilla notes and pairs best with caramel, chocolate, and coffee flavors in your baking.

As always, I will include a vanilla bean in each bottle. When your extract is used up, you can dry the vanilla bean to use for scenting soap and candles, or to make vanilla sugar.

Batch 5 of Honeycomb's single origin vanilla extract will be released on Tuesday, August 18th for in-store and online purchase in time for our 5th anniversary Pizza Party on the 21st
