Hi ORLANDO/WINTER GARDEN area and Everyone. Been smoking meats all year and I think I am finally ready.

I’m offering a combination of Texas/NC/Hawaiian style BBQ and sides.

A large step towards something I have dreamt of doing, and a large step towards building a future for my family.

If you require credentials, I am a Hawaiian-born classically trained Chef and Veteran of the USAF. I received my culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas in 2016 and have been cooking over open fire my whole life. I have worked for countless prestigious chefs, including Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

With that being said, I am able to Deliver and Cater in the Winter Garden/Orlando area! Inquire within!
