We are lucky to be co-hosting this event with Little Leaf Tree custom tea importers of fine loose leaf tea. Founded by Matthew Frayer in 2016 after 10+ years of tea travels, service, sourcing, and sipping, Little Tree Tea focuses on green, white, oolong, black, and fermented teas, as well as custom tea tours of tea gardens and producing regions in Asia.

Attend this workshop, and taste through many samples of tea whilst being led through each category by a true tea expert. 🌸

Guests will receive 9 tea samples, and some light snacks.

Like most of our community, we feel genuine distress and grief about the state of this country and want to respond to the call to strike.

As a small business, here is how we’ve decided to participate tomorrow:

☕️ All day 1/30 we will be donating a 12oz drip coffee to anyone observing the strike and not wanting to spend money and will generally encourage the use of cash !!!!

📌 We will close Specs 1/30 from 2pm-6pm; encouraging anyone who wants to attend the rally to do so, staff who are normally scheduled during that time will be paid for their hours !

📍 We will reopen at 6 for the DJ starting at 7, offering back up our safe space to DANCE IT OUT !

We are doing our best to keep Specs alive and actively fight for our human rights at the same time. It’s not easy. But we appreciate you all and being a space where conversations and care happen. ❤️‍🩹
