So this whole thing is a bit of a social experiment where we are trying to be inclusive of all folks with the charities that we will be donating to.

As you can see there is "no color" in the charities we've chosen and they are all humanitarian, not secular, based.

We are choosing recipes that are easy and that "ANYONE CAN MAKE" even those that can burn boiled water.

Our goal is to not only provide proof that a "100% GREEN COOKBOOK" is feasible but to also show that it can bring together all peoples.

Please take into consideration "The Forgotten" that these charities support and that our goal is to not only reduce our carbon footprint but to help those that have fallen through the cracks.

I know there are a lot of you in my friends list that are exceedingly well off and I know there are those of you who are barely getting by and all those in between.

But know this...

We aren't doing this book for profit for ourselves but to help those who cannot always help themselves and who need a hand to pick them up when they've fallen. Even our planet needs a helping hand and that is why we are GOING GREEN for this book and hopefully many others in the future.

I've been given the gift of food, gab and the ability to do for others all my life and now it's time I call on all of you, no matter what you have, to help make this program a success.
