Good Morning Everyone!

The success of our Business is because of each and every one of You and We recognize that fact. So when we see the community looking for help in return, we will do everything we can to return that kindness.

As some of you may know, budget cuts to the Windsor Public School system have affected the Sports teams and have caused a "Pay to Play" situation for the kids. It costs upwards of $120 per kid, per sport. Sports are vital for growth and experience in life and the burden of payment should not rest on these kids...no child left behind. In an effort to help offset the cost and help foot the bill, Ace Hardware will be running a raffle for a Blackstone Griddle that will have the ticket sales going to this donation and Savelli's Catering will be donating 20% of our Gross Sales to this cause on top of that. So the more dogs we sell, the more money goes to the kids.

The money will be donated to the Windsor Rotary Club who will write a check to Windsor High School. The check will be made to fund these kids, so your dollars spent will directly help these children for the intended purpose.

We will bring 200 Hot Dogs that we hope to sell them out to make more money for the kids.

In light of the grill being raffled and it being the end of summer, we will do a Special Hot Dog for the day. We will name this

"Back to School BBQ Dog"

The dog will have BBQ pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and coleslaw on it for $8.

The regular menu dogs will also be in tow for their $6 & $7 prices.

We hope to see you all there so we can get this done for the kids!

No Chili or Cheese on this catered adventure, however there are 100 free dogs (1 per person) with the standard toppings to feed folks. This event is sponsored by the Town of Windsor Recreation Department, so come on out to enjoy the games, people, and grab a dog in the mix if it.

Good Evening Everyone!

Savelli's Catering will be out at the Concert on the Green on Thursday June 25th to serve all of you fine folks. We will be in our usual spot and will be bringing the Buffalo Barnyard Dog with us as a Special of the Day! Butter toasted roll with our All Beef Natural Casing Dog topped with Buffalo Chicken Dip, Bacon Crumbles, and Ranch. We will have all of our standard toppings and of course our Secret Recipe Chili so don't worry, you can still have your favorites.

Good Evening Folks,

Due to the bun supplier falling through today from a delivery mix up, we will not be at Northwest Park tomorrow.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you as we know you all wanted to try out the Buffalo Barnyard Dog. As disappointing as it may be and as hard of a decision as it was to cancel, we simply cannot sacrifice our quality to attempt to make a buck. We stand behind our dogs because of the care, effort, thought, and quality we bring to the table. We hope you all understand.

However, (weather pending) we will be at the Concert on the Green in Windsor Center on 6/25/2026 from 5pm-8pm to bring you all that wonderful special.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding, we appreciate you all.

750 Hot Dogs sold this week!

300 at Shad Derby

These were all squeezed between the 72 hour work week at my full time job. To say I am tired is an understatement. With that said, I am glad to serve and glad to have the opportunities to do so.

Good Morning to all of you fine Folks!
It has been a long, wet, and cold Winter/Spring so far. It looks like we are on the upswing for warmer weather and sunnier skies! It's later of an opening than usual for us, but we will have our Opening Day this year at the Shad Derby! We were able to get into a Food Truck spot street side this year, so keep an eye out for us. We will be on Broad Street touching the curb line with our trailer under the red tent (we wont be attached to the fire truck). So come see us to get those Hot Dogs that you've been missing for the last 6 months. Those all beef natural casing Sabretts with the butter grilled bun with all usual toppings in tow. Next Saturday the weather is looking great and we're hoping it stays that way. We can't wait to feed everyone, we'll see you all soon!

Another year is coming to a start sooner than later, the weather has been a little strange with how cold it keeps getting to say the least. We are good to go, and permits have renewed in Windsor for another great season of feeding all of you fine folks.

Speaking of feeding...
Due to rising costs of goods, we have decided to raise our Hot Dog Prices from $5 to $6 for our standard toppings dog and from $6 to $7 for our Chili/Cheese dog. Chips and Drinks will remain at their previous $1 and $2 prices as those prices have remained the same for us to purchase them.

Our options were limited when it came to this decision because we strive to have the best tasting, top quality, all beef, natural casing hot dogs around. As with everything else in this economy, those have increased in price and so have the rest of our ingredients, cost of goods, and administrative fees. Those hot dogs, our butter grilled buns, and our Secret Recipe Chili make our food 2nd to none and we cannot and will not sacrifice that top notch quality to save some money.

We can't thank you All enough for your continued support through these crazy economic times. Stay tuned over the next few weeks and we will give you an opening date and location. We can't wait to see you and feed you all again really soon!
