We are having a fundraiser garage sale this Sunday. Lots of different items. The proceeds will go towards animal feed. 9AM-2PM. Please come out and support us.

I will be at the Windsor Fair tomorrow demonstrating some yummy recipes. All gluten free. The sessions will be 10 and 11:30. I will be sharing how to make a vegan crab cake that I call uncrabby cake and chocolate chip cookies.

I’ve been slacking here due to my other personality taking all of the time. And for those who don’t know, I also run a nonprofit called Anchor ME Harbor that integrates unconventional animals into nonclinical mental health support services.

Anyway, I have ideas on the next few cooking classes that will take place here. Plus you can alway place an order to be picked up. I am also trying to figure out an online cooking class option.

What would you like to learn to cook?

Here is a vegan buckwheat pancake. Tried a new recipe. The smell was great, taste was ok, but very dry. Probably better with syrup, but I want the recipe to be good with or without added items. Things are cooking, just slower than what I would like!
