Happy birthday to the guy behind the biscuits! 🥳

If you’ve stopped by the truck, chances are Josh has cooked your biscuit, handed it out the window, and probably made you smile in the process. He’s co-owner, biscuit master, truck runner, and the friendly face behind Fitz’s day in and day out.

Help us wish Josh a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎉

Thanks for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ love! Come see what all the fuss is about.
