Tomorrow night we’re rolling up to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater for the Punch Brothers concert 🎻🪕

We’re beyond excited for the opportunity to sling biscuits at a bluegrass show — honestly, it feels like Dad/Uncle Derwin and Grandpa Fitz might’ve pulled a few strings with the Man Upstairs to make this one happen.

Good music, good people, and hot biscuits under the Wilmington sky… sounds like a pretty perfect night to us.

First, we want to sincerely thank everyone for the incredible support during our opening weeks. Seeing people enjoy our food has meant so much to us, and we’re excited for even more of you to experience it.

At the moment, we’re navigating a brief “pause” in operations as our family is handling the earthly transition of deeply loved and important member of Fitz’s legacy. We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to be with our family. We expect to be back to full capacity in a couple of weeks.

If you’ve reached out about a booking and haven’t heard back yet, thank you for your patience—we will be in touch very soon.

Running a small business always comes with its challenges, and while this isn’t the timing we would have chosen, we know you understand that family comes first. We look forward to being back soon and sharing biscuits with yall again! 🫶
