Friday Morning Zumba was a blast! So much so…we are going to run it back! Comment below days and times that work best for yall! I’ve always loved the gym, but getting back after having kids was a whole different story. Zumba was what got me moving again. It didn’t feel like a workout… it felt like fun.

Turns out shaking your hips is cheaper than therapy. 😉 It won’t solve everything, but for one hour I get out of my head, laugh, move, and leave feeling like myself again.

That’s exactly why we wanted to bring a FREE class to Freya’s Haus. If you’ve ever been curious but felt intimidated by a gym, this is your chance. No pressure. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
