Join us Saturday, October 10th for Port City Gymnastics’ Fall Pig Pickin’ starting at 1PM and going until it’s gone.

$20 plates include your choice of BBQ or hot dog, two sides, a roll, dessert + drink — with proceeds supporting our local gymnasts and their competition fees.

Port City Ponies will be joining us with pony rides starting at 2:30, the Coastal NC Gluten-Free Girls Club is bringing Gluten-Free Oktoberfest, AND Chef David Scott will be in the building serving up gluten-free pierogies starting at 6pm. Gluten free pretzels for sale as well! Best Oktoberfest outfit wins a gift basket!

And because it’s Oktoberfest… we’ll have a limited number of steins to take home for those drinking Oktoberfest beers. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Good food, ponies, pierogies, Oktoberfest beers and a really good reason to spend your Saturday at Freya’s.

Okay, we’ll meet you halfway!
Maybe you’re not ready to make an appointment. Maybe you don’t even know what you need yet. You just know you want to start somewhere.

Getting started is half the battle, so we’re bringing a whole bunch of our local wellness community under one roof and letting you do the easy part — come meet them.

Ask questions. See what they do. Learn about something you’ve never tried. We’ll have everything from speech therapy and brain mapping to Botox, Pilates, HIIT and more. Be Your Neurofeedback is even giving away a free brain mapping session 🧠

Wednesday, November 4 at 6 PM
Wasabi Wheels will be there.
Free + open to the public.

We also still have a few spots available if you have a wellness business, service or something you think belongs in the room. Wellness doesn’t look the same for everyone, and that’s kind of the whole point.
