The board will have 3 open seats this year - two 3 yr terms and one 1 yr term. Bob Bradshaw is interested in continuing as a board member. If anyone is interested in being on the board, please email [email protected] so we can offer your name at the annual meeting Thursday December 5th at 6:30 at ABS.

Save the date - our annual meeting will be held on Thursday December 5th at 6:30 at the ABS Cafeteria. The budget and meeting packet will be mailed this week. If you can not attend, please plan on providing a signed proxy to any one of the board members, which will be in your mailed packet. Hope to see you there!

We are getting inquiries on the annual neighborhood garage sale, so here it is....The garage sale is always the first weekend of June. This year it'll be June 1-2 from 8 am - 2 pm. We will publish in the BFP, Williston Observer & on FPF so other neighboring groups can see. Participate as little or as much as you like. If you have stuff to sell, start pulling it together.

Here another reminder -- the annual garage sale is the 1st weekend of June (to the new folks that have moved in, it's always the 1st weekend of June). Prepare for the sale and get ready to have fun selling!

We'll post to the FPF, Williston Observer and the BFP - Sat & Sun, June 4th & 5th from 8 AM - 2 PM. Join in either day, both days, any time you want.

If you have not paid your due of $300 yet, please do so. They were due by 1/15/16 and are now past due. There are too many of you to call. A $60 late fee will apply if dues are not received by 2/29/16.

Thank you goes out to all of the homeowners that have paid their dues by now. It's much appreciated.

Please spread the word that the bookmobile is now coming through our neighborhood on Wednesday nights. There will be 3 stops: Sadler Lane (by the pool); the corner of Casey Lane and BWD and near round-a-bout on Hanon. Please visit the bookmobile with your child.

July 1st is/was the due date of the special assessment in the amount of $150. Only 50% of the homeowners have paid! To those that have paid, THANK YOU! To the other 50% who haven't, please send a check ASAP! Invoices were mailed around June 15th and notices have been posted on FPF and FB.

We've had many folks ask what this special assessment is for. In November 2014, we sent a full page notice along with the budget and dues for 2015 explaining what the special assessment. The special assessment is necessary to fund the improvements we need to make as an association for our storm water permits, to be in compliance with the new state regulations. This is a 3 year project. Hopefully we'll have enough after 3 years to complete all the work necessary.

Special assessments will be due July 1st, annually.

The directory is finally done! All of the new homeowners have been added as of today. If you see yourself on the directory and there is no phone number, it's because we don't have one for you. Please update us ASAP! If you see anything that isn't accurate on the directory, please update us so we can update our system.

Regardless if you have requested a directory in the past, if you would like one now, please send an email to [email protected] with "Directory" in the subject line. Please include your name and address in the body and we'll send you a PDF copy. Thanks for your patience!

Going forward, our goal is to update this quarterly. The next one will be in September with the notice on FPF.
