If you’ve been wondering why we’ve been a little quiet on here… it’s because we’ve been BUSY. Like “barely-have-time-to-eat-our-own-food” busy. 😅🔥

Between slinging fan favs, running all over town, and testing new menu items (strictly for quality control… obviously), we’ve been in the rig cooking up some new stuff for y’all.

Summer’s about to hit, appetites are getting bigger, and we’re getting ready to drop some new menu items that might make you forget how to cook at home. Sorry in advance. 🤷‍♀️

March and April are already booked solid, so we’re now booking for May. If you want the truck to roll up to your event, party, brewery, or neighborhood… now’s the time to lock it in before someone else beats you to it. 🚚🔥

…So if you see the truck… pull up.
If you smell the grill… follow it.
And if you show up late and we’re sold out… that’s on you. 😏

Family, friends, and good food — it doesn’t get better than that. We want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing team that keeps our food trailer rolling and for the best customers we could ask for.
