Breakfast Frittata serving size 4

I forgot to take a picture of the broccoli sorry .I weighed out the meat I was as close to 3 oz as I could.

3 oz ham chopped
4 small peppers or 1 whole green pepper chopped
6 mushrooms chopped
1 cup frozen or fresh broccoli
1 small onion fresh or frozen( as much as you want)
6 eggs
1 cup cheese split .

In a frying pan sauté the vegetables until the onions are turning clear,add ham until warm threw.put into a small baking dish. Mix eggs and half the cheese,add to baking dish mix around then add the remaining cheese on top.
Preheat oven 400*
Bake 25 minutes or until the eeggs are fully cooked.( I use a toaster oven ) my oven is broke so use what you have

I’ve been canning this summer. It’s a lot of work and I think it’s worth it. So far pickles, green beans, salsa, spaghetti sauce, and ketchup , and pickled veggies. God has blessed us this year.
