I got the chance to sit down with Chef Abner Alva at Don Chido and get a behind-the-scenes taste of one of Williamsburg’s new local favorites!

What started as a food truck has grown into a seriously cool Latin-inspired restaurant with a Korean twist! Located in the heart of downtown, walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Serving elevated tacos, shareable plates, creative cocktails, and some absolutely gorgeous (and, of course, delicious) food!
